MEET GET COLLAB
Hey! I'm Anna Tomani, the Founder of Get Collab. With over 6.5 years working in operations at early-stage companies, I've seen so many early-stage teams start on the road less traveled, on the path towards building something great.
But when the habits, mindsets, workflows, and tools that got them to where they are today start to become blockers to where they want to go tomorrow, they need a system upgrade to help close the delta.
I founded Get Collab to run director-level Operations Growth Sprints with lean teams that are ready to grow their business and bring it to the next level of maturity.
DOES THIS FEEL LIKE YOUR CURRENT REALITY?
Building Bespoke Solutions
You end up building a unique solution or packaging your offering in a new way for every client or customer you bring on—even though you're not a custom shop.
Goals Feel Hard to Define
You have ambition, but talking long-term specifics for your business is where aspirations get murky. Sticking to goals set feels even harder than defining them.
Execution Is Slipping (or at risk)
You may have a great strategy doc built and a great product you're offering. But when it comes to actually delivering on plans or promises to clients, execution hasn't been up to the standards you know your team can achieve.
Operationally Maxed Out
You can handle the customer load you currently have (barely)—but managing any more customers or clients will push your team over the edge and clean delivery will be next to impossible.
HOW GET COLLAB HELPS
Growth Sprints in Three Distinct Phases
01
Discovery
We work together to set and assess your growth goals over the next 6-12 months. Then we map out the key milestones, deadlines, and stage gates. Finally, we scope out our initial growth work together, focusing on the highest priority and most needle-moving initiatives, developing a high-level, initial execution project plan.
Duration: Typically 2-3 weeks
02
Execution
Based on the high-level plan formed in Discovery, Get Collab develops a detailed project plan. Then, we facilitate the project management and execution.
Duration: Timeline is recommended and set in Discovery and is unique to each sprint. Can last anywhere from 6 weeks to 6 months, depending on project needs and depth of involvement.
03
Enablement & Transition
While execution is underway, we prepare the right ownership model for what comes next. Whether that means continued support from Get Collab, hiring a permanent operator, or transitioning execution fully to your internal team, we make sure what we accomplished together continues to roll up into your long-term strategy.
Duration: 3-6 weeks (average)
OUTCOMES YOU CAN EXPECT
Every sprint will be unique, and we'll define key outcomes in Discovery. Some typical outcomes you can expect are:
Hours Reclaimed Each Week
Free up valuable time for your team to focus on high-impact work instead of operational firefighting.
Cycle Time Reduction
Streamline processes to deliver faster without sacrificing quality or burning out your team.
Operational Risk Reduction
Build resilient systems that prevent bottlenecks and reduce dependency on individual team members.
Clear Ownership and Visibility
Establish transparent accountability and visibility across projects and initiatives.
Removing Individual Bottlenecks
Eliminate single points of failure and create scalable processes that don't depend on one person.
SO WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS IN A GROWTH SPRINT?
Growth Sprints in Three Distinct Phases
Unpacking Initial Uncertainty
Many teams come to Get Collab with the instinct: "we know something needs to change... we just don't know exactly what yet." If that's you—you're in good company, and we can help. That uncertainty is not a blocker, but a starting point.
Diagnosis & Delivery
Our expertise lies in the balance of diagnosis and delivery: figuring out what to do (and why) and actually doing the work.
Tailored Sprints
Once the direction is clarified, Operations Growth Sprints can take a few common shapes depending on where the business is feeling pressure.
COMMON SPRINT APPLICATIONS
These are some of the most frequent ways teams apply this work, but every sprint is unique so what your business needs might not fall neatly into one of these categories.
Go-to-Market Readiness
So your customers are clear on who you help and how you help them.
  • Identifying, developing and launching new products or offerings for clients or customers
  • Restructuring offerings for new clients or customers
Project Based
For the one-off projects and initiatives that need to get done, but there's no blueprint for.
  • Facilitating the transition of bringing the work of third-party providers or partners in-house
  • Plan and implement one-off projects
  • Temporary operational support add-on; a supplement to your existing internal operations or business operations teams
Process Upgrades
So your business operations don't crumble in the next phase of maturity.
  • Business readiness for anticipated or actual business growth
  • Upgrade and install operational infrastructure like project management systems, workflows, tools, assets, and communication pathways for entire organization, individual departments, or internal operations

PAST WINS
Built and Implemented Go-to-Market Plan
A small hardware company of 6 was reliant on sporadic orders for existing partners to reach a loosely defined revenue goal in the next 15 months.
Results: The partners had a clear plan for growth over the next 15 months, identified new distribution channels to achieve their revenue target, implemented go-to-market tech tooling and internal communication systems, and hired a Business Development Rep to go after the new distribution channels.
Impact: By moving from single-source, reactive revenue model to a proactive, diverse growth plan with dedicated ownership, the company reduced revenue risk and created a repeatable and sustainable path to growth.
Scoped and Launched New Software Product
A small software company of 5 was struggling to launch a product their customers loved dealing with high churn and frustrated customers for over 2 years.
Results: They had a fully functional product to sell that their customers actually loved. The product had 0% churn, and customers reported loving the tool, not being able to work without it, and wanting to sell it to their friends. The company sunsetted all of their other offerings and only sold this newest product.
Impact: By eliminating underperforming offerings and focusing entirely on a single, well-defined, and validated product customers loved, the company adopted a path to vitality.
Restructured Agency Offerings and Positioning
A small marketing agency of 5 was experiencing the painful aftermath of selling custom packages to each client they sold to. They had trouble setting boundaries with clients who would always ask for more, and the team was operationally maxed out because of it.
Results: The agency had a clear understanding of their market positioning—what companies they would go after and how they were uniquely positioned to help those types of clients. They also had restructured packages so they could set clear boundaries in the sales process about what was and was not included. We defined competitive pricing for their packages so they could compete well in the market and avoid operating at a loss.
Impact: By defining clear positioning, restructuring offerings, and implementing competitive pricing, the agency shifted from an overextended, reactive model to a scalable business with predictable scope and capacity.
